6-Hour Standard Rental*

Access to full banquet hall area, including tables & chairs for up to 200 guests. Cash bar available. Spacious parking lot access included.


*6 Hour rental includes setup and cleanup time. Additional hours are available for purchase at the time of booking.

Outdoor Space Included

Large Outdoor Pavilion available on premises included with hall rental, weather permitting. Plenty of seating with easy access to indoor venue. Lots of parking available in our spacious lot for your guests.

Full Kitchen Included

Need to keep food & drinks refrigerated until ready to serve? Quick reheat? Large prep area? We have you covered!

Unlike many other venues, our full kitchen is included with our hall rental.

6-Hour Hall Rentals

$425

*Post Members are eligible for discounted rate of $300


6 Hour Hall Rental for up to 200 guests. Includes usage of tables & chairs. Full use of kitchen including refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, sink and counter prep area. Full use of parking lot. Outdoor pavilion is also available, weather permitting. Decorating the hall is encouraged, with one exception: NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI!


Fully stocked cash bar is available for all rentals, and requests are accepted in advance for specific liquors. All alcohol (beer, wine, and liquor) must be purchased through the Post.


Renters may provide their own non-alcoholic beverages or they will also be available at the cash bar at the Post. Requests to supply specific beverages are accepted in advance. Food will not be supplied by the Post, but all renters are permitted to bring in food for their parties.


Popcorn machine available on request for additional surcharge.


6-Hour window includes any setup and cleanup time. Additional hours may be purchased on a per-hour basis at the time of booking. We may not be able to accommodate last minute requests to extend the rental timeframe. There will be no refunds or discounts for unused time.


$100 security deposit is required with booking. Security deposit will be refunded after the event assuming rental space is left in the same condition in which it was rented. Consuming of outside alcohol inside the post or the use of glitter or confetti will result in the forfeiture of deposit.

Need a space for a recurring weekly or monthly meeting? We will work with you to offer discounted pricing for multiple bookings. Please note that one-time events are not eligible for discounted pricing.


Last minute event? Online bookings require a minimum of 1-week notice. Contact our party manager Jeremy at (716)222-1052 to discuss availability if you need something sooner.
